I3 is an annual event that brings the E-WorkBook community together to celebrate advances in scientific innovation and the impact of digital technology. This is a meeting all about you. The core theme at every i3 meeting is simple – Customers talk, and we listen.

We want to know how you’ve been successful with data management, the challenges you face in your day to day job, and the things you are thinking about for the future.

Tuesday, September 24th

Customers are able choose one out of three hands-on, deep-diving sessions. With an all-access pass, attendees receive:

Session 1: Spreadsheet Conversion

A session specifically for customers using desktop spreadsheets today, you will learn how to convert your BYOS spreadsheet to web.

Our experts leading the hands-on seminar will walk you through the conversion process from desktop to web with your very own spreadsheet.

Session 2: Web Spreadsheet Facelift: Making Spreadsheets Better for the End-User

In this session, you will learn how to make spreadsheets more enhanced for your end-user and design app-like spreadsheets. At the end of the day, you’ll have an advanced template to bring home with you.

IDBS experts will be on hand to show some examples, followed by a chance to work on your own spreadsheets to enhance your users’ experience.

Each year, the E-WorkBook community of IT and R&D professionals converge in a different US city for 3 days of learning and sharing experience, developing insights and connection at i3.

Since our 1st annual i3 in 2017, the event has inspired hundreds of idbs customers and E-WorkBook users to harness the power of their data, build plans for the future, and to learn more about leveraging the platform for sustained success and business growth.

I3 features 3 days packed full of innovative and inspiring talks from customers and EWB users, educational breakouts, interactive sessions – like the Knowledge Exchange Round Table, and of course exclusive product training sessions.

All-Access Passholders should plan to arrive to the event venue downtown Nashville for a 1:00 pm (CDT) start on Tuesday, September 23rd.

Standard Passholders should plan to arrive for a 8:00 am (CDT) start on Wednesday, September 24th.

The i3 2019 event will conclude on Thursday, September 25th around 5:00 pm (CDT).  IDBS will be hosting a cocktail reception on the riverfront immediately following the conclusion of the main agenda.  All attendees are welcome and encouraged to attend, although we understand if you prefer to return home on Thursday evening following the closing session.

Nashville International Airport​ has ground transportation options for all visitors, no matter your needs, schedule or destination.

ADVISORY: Ground transportation pick-ups have moved to BNA’s new Terminal Garage. Commercial vehicles will pick up on Level 1 of the Terminal Garage. Drop-offs will continue on Levels 2 and 3 of the Terminal.
