||Brian Potter, Senior Manager, LabAnswer
||Brian is a Senior Manager in LabAnswer's Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Practice. His career spans nearly thirty years of working with laboratory and science informatics solutions and consulting to pharma, life sciences and healthcare customers. Brian started his professional career as an analytical chemist at Dow Chemical Company. Prior to joining LabAnswer, he held consulting leadership positions with Oracle's Health Sciences Global Business Unit, IDBS, LabVantage, Applied Biosystems/Life Technologies (now a part of Thermo Electron) and Accenture. Brian holds a BS in Chemical Physics from Saginaw Valley State University, a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Michigan State University, and also studied bioinformatics and data mining at both Stanford and Wayne State University.

||Jeff Tishler, Principal Solutions Consultant, IDBS
||Jeff is in our Global Solutions Consultancy department based out of our Alameda office. He has been with IDBS since 2001 holding a variety roles in customer facing and customer support areas. Jeff has worked on both our ActivityBase and E-WorkBook platforms. Prior to IDBS, he worked for Zymark – now part of PerkinElmer – supporting laboratory automation systems.
