We have introduced a new series of measures, in addition to those outlined in the update above, with an increased focus on social distancing to both slow and reduce the spread of the virus.
E-WorkBook Cloud
- We have confirmed that our customer support team and cloud operations engineers are equipped to work from home and have the necessary access to our knowledge base, 3rdline engineers and cloud systems in order to provide support on customer tickets raised
Remote working
- IDBS associates with the ability to undertake their job roles remotely have been advised to work from home
- Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams are being used internally to work with our customers to maintain productive collaboration, content sharing & GPS project work. Where appropriate, and with customer agreement, training is being switched to virtual environments
Travel restrictions
- A travel restriction policy for IDBS associates remains in place. Travel has been restricted to essential customer visits only where also permitted by customers and local Governments
