Sustaining process integrity across the CMC lifecycle
Capture process knowledge. Preserve context. Simplify tech transfer.
As biopharmaceutical products progress from development into commercial manufacturing, process integrity becomes increasingly difficult to sustain. Data and decisions are often distributed across disconnected systems, instruments and teams—making it hard to preserve context, maintain traceability and confidently transfer processes between stages and sites.
When systems are disjointed, process knowledge erodes. Data may be available, but without its full execution context, the story of how and why decisions were made is lost—introducing risk during scale‑up, tech transfer and regulatory inspection.
Watch this on‑demand webinar, including hands on demonstration, to see how a process‑centric digital approach helps organizations streamline data ingestion, maintain rich process context and capture process knowledge across the entire CMC lifecycle—right through to manufacturing.
In this session, we explore how biopharmaceutical teams can:
- Overcome fragmented systems and siloed data
Learn how to connect data generated across instruments and platforms within execution workflows—reducing manual handoffs and loss of context. - Streamline data ingestion while preserving process context
See how data can be captured directly within workflows so parameters, result, and decisions remain linked to the process step where they occur. - Tell the full story of the process—not just store the data
Maintain a living record of process execution that shows what happened, when, why and under which conditions—supporting both operations and inspections. - Capture and reuse process knowledge to simplify tech transfer
Treat process definitions, parameters and decision history as reusable digital assets, making it easier to transfer processes across scales, sites and lifecycle stages. - Extract data easily for analysis and downstream systems
Enable structured data extraction so information can be reused in other platforms and analytical tools—without losing provenance or traceability.
Live demos illustrate how capturing data in context helps organizations move faster while remaining compliant and inspection‑ready.
Why process‑centric matters
Unlike point solutions that address only parts of the workflow, this approach supports the full CMC lifecycle—from development through GMP manufacturing. By maintaining continuity of process knowledge, organizations can reduce risk during tech transfer, support risk‑based validation strategies, and build a stronger foundation for continuous improvement.
The result is process integrity that isn’t just compliant—but operationally meaningful.
See how capturing process knowledge and preserving data context can simplify tech transfer and support confident decision‑making across the CMC lifecycle.
