Unjulie Bhanot, PhD
Head of BioPharma LifeCycle Management Solutions, IDBS
With over 10 years of experience in the Biopharma Informatics space, Unjulie now owns the strategy, development and delivery of IDBS Polar Solutions. She joined IDBS in 2016 and spent over three years as part of the Global Professional Services and Solutions Consulting teams. Since 2017 she assumed a leading role in establishing the IDBS BioProcess Solution and closely continues her relationship with Bioprocess Development today as a core SME for Polar BioProcess.
Prior to joining IDBS, Unjulie worked as an R&D scientist at both Lonza Biologics and UCB and received a BSc in Biochemistry and an MSc in Immunology from Imperial College London.
Fi Rich
Senior Account Manager, IDBS
Fi has been with IDBS for two years and is responsible for supporting BioPharma, CRO and CDMO customers in reaching their digital and data strategy goals. Prior to IDBS, Fi spent over 20 years on the commercial side of Pharmaceuticals, MedTech and System Integration with several companies including J&J, Baxter and Olympus Medical. Gaining diverse experience from marketing and professional education to P&L responsibilities and mergers and acquisitions, Fi can help clients navigate various business challenges to help achieve their program improvements through optimized change management. Fi has a degree in Applied Sciences from Nottingham Trent University.
Courtney Thwaites
Solutions Engineer, IDBS
Courtney is a scientist by trade with over six years of industrial biopharma experience who is dedicated to providing domain expertise for the development of the Polar Solutions. Before joining IDBS in 2021, she worked at Lonza Biologics and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Courtney is a Solutions Engineer and is accountable for the development of IDBS Polar BPLM Solution.

Business Development Representative, IDBS
Lucione is a Business Development Representative at IDBS. His primary focus is to implement strategies that drive growth and opportunities within the Life Science, Biotechnology, and BioPharma industries. Lucione specializes in identifying and addressing complex data management challenges, guiding organizations throughout their transformative digital journeys. Prior to IDBS, Lucione worked at Pall, another Danaher Operation company, where he implemented effective strategies and fostered growth opportunities by addressing complex filtration challenges.
