The i3 Community Forum 2017: here’s what you missed
In October, IDBS hosted our first ever i3 Community Forum in North America. You may have heard about it, or even attended.
Usually, we hold three small regional forums across the region, but this year we tried something different and decided to host one large conference for all of our North American customers and we called it i3, which stands for: ideas, insight, innovation.
We chose the fantastic Seattle Space Needle for our new event and it was the perfect location – above the clouds on the 76th floor of the tallest building in the city – to talk about our E-WorkBook Cloud solution. The views were spectacular and the discussions were pretty inspiring too!
With plenty of demonstrations, hands-on workshops, networking and Q&A opportunities, i3 provided an excellent platform for customers to learn, share and network with IDBS and with each other. In addition, i3 gave us a chance to listen to our customers and learn what they need from us.
One customer who has attended several of our Community forums in the past, said i3 was the best IDBS event they had ever attended. Another said it felt like “reuniting with friends” – and we agree!
Of course, no inaugural event would be complete without an award ceremony; so congratulations to our 2017 Unsung Hero, MVP, Tech Mogul, and People’s Choice award winners!
The UnSung Hero – Jen Mancuso, Momenta
MVP – Chris Jones, Phillip 66
Technology Mogul – Doug Stevenson, NuSkin
People’s Choice – Paul Guimond, Zoetis
Following the success of our first i3 event, plans are already in place for next year. Keep an eye out for more information, and we look forward to seeing you there!
If you would like to attend or present at one of our future customer events or workshops – either in the US or Europe – send us an email and we’ll make sure you’re the first to know about our upcoming events.
