Data is Good, Insight is Better
Here at IDBS, we often talk about how we want to link data and people. But what do we really mean by that? It comes down to the fact that, data alone isn’t what drives innovation and delivers value to your organization. Rather it’s the ability to bring data together from different sources (linking data to data) and then making this data shareable, searchable and actionable (linking data to people) that turns raw data into insights.
Find out how you could turn data into gold
At IDBS Connect 2015, we’ll be showing that relying on paper-based processes is as outmoded as alchemy. We’re looking forward to hearing from customer speakers such as Novartis, Covance, Roche and Monsanto and learning more about the challenges and opportunities they’ve encountered while trying to make their data work harder. Agenda highlights include customers exploring, managing and sharing data in early drug discovery and looking at improving productivity and efficiency through the unification of the generation, review and distribution of data. We’ll also hear how going paperless can support regulatory compliance, reduce the amount of manual process reviews needed, and how integrating data from different sources into one platform dramatically decreases effort and improves maintainability.
Linking people to people
Going back to our mission statement, IDBS Connect, our most important customer event of the year, is all about forging connections across the research community. Whether you’re in life sciences or the industrial sciences, Connect is an excellent chance to learn from our experts, industry thought leaders and, most importantly, your peers. Taking place this year in Philadelphia, USA from May 19 – 20, we really hope you can make it.
