Your analysis results are stored and associated with their source files to ensure traceability and reproducibility of results, providing a single source of truth around any omics run.

With Biomolecular Hub you can easily find all relevant files and data about a particular gene or protein, with full context around these results, regardless of data format. By bringing together all analysis results into one searchable database, genomic collaboration is significantly enhanced and all available information is shared.

  • Store – Internal and external data files from any molecular technique including gene expression, arrayCGH, proteomics, and NGS. Leave large datasets where they are, Biomolecular Hub will index those files for rapid access
