Online Classroom Training
Online Classroom Training (OCT) presents a web-based 'virtual classroom' environment where the user can participate in a real-time interactive training session. Presented in modules that reflect the format of an IDBS training course, OCT delivers a combination of Microsoft® PowerPoint presentations and live product demonstrations delivered by an IDBS training consultant.
Learning is then reinforced with hands-on workshops where the user connects to the 'virtual classroom' environment and assumes control of an IDBS PC which is connected to a training database. During the training session the user completes the tasks in the workshop and is supervised by an IDBS training consultant who can provide feedback and support via the telephone.
