IDBS Senior consultants are responsible for supporting IDBS' existing and new customers in the implementation, configuration and training of its software solutions. The role is based out of Alameda California Office.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers in pre-sales
- Assist customers in defining data management requirements
- Analyze/design business/data workflows
- Implement data management programs
- Build customized Analysis Templates and Tools
- Support upgrades
- Assist in product development
- Deliver training programs
Requirements
- BS in Bio, Chem or equiv.
- 2 yrs in design/development of data management systems in life sciences research field, including use of ActivityBase (or equiv.)
- Knowledge of MS Excel and PL/SQL or VisualBasic
Consideration will be given to strong candidates with lesser experience.
