This position will be based in Paris (France). Working on customer site, from home or occasionally from Guildford (U.K) office, the primary function of the role will be to support IDBS' French-speaking customers. However, excellent English language skills are required and ideally the role will also involve the support of IDBS non French-speaking customers too and some pre-sale tasks when needed.

Ideally, the candidate will have a strong Biology background (especially life-sciences) and/or Data Federation/ETL/Data warehouse experience, combined with good technical (specifically programming skills: Java, .Net, VB/Excel VBA and Oracle), project management and commercial skills.

The candidate will ideally have 3+ years industry experience. However, consideration will be given to strong candidates with lesser experience. IDBS product knowledge or competitive data management application knowledge will be a plus. Additional languages will be a considerable advantage (Spanish/German/Italian).
