Microsoft

IDBS is a Microsoft® Gold Certified partner with specific competencies in bespoke .Net solution design, as well as analytical and visualization extensions to Excel that directly support Microsoft's "Information Worker" program. Our development team is aggressively exploiting .Net technology in the creation of applications in statistical analysis, predictive modeling and ultra high-throughput screening. Advanced Chemistry Development, Inc. (ACD/Labs)

IDBS and ACD/Labs collaborate to integrate ACD/Labs specialist chemistry software with IDBS' suite of data management software applications for drug discovery. For example, IDBS has integrated the ACD/Labs software into the ActivityBase platform to provide an enterprise-wide analytical data management software environment for the biopharmaceutical industry. The solution combines ACD/Labs' suite of applications for spectral and chromatography management and prediction, physico-chemical property prediction and systematic compound naming with IDBS' ActivityBase biological and chemical data management platform.

This enables scientists to utilize the test, workflow and results management capabilities of the ActivityBase environment to manage spectral and chromatographic data, and interact seamlessly with the advanced analytical chemistry and prediction components from ACD/Labs. All the analytical information generated for a compound can be stored and managed within ActivityBase, together with a full complement of chemical and biological data, offering the potential for complex queries involving spectral variables, and the generation of comprehensive profiles of lead compounds.
